Our History

In December 2008, Jiangsu Aoshen group, Nanjing FENTE, Shanghai Weibei and China fiber Chuang jointly took shares and established Lianyungang SHENTE high-tech materials Co., Ltd., with a registered capital of 35 million yuan and an annual output of 150 tons of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene fiber.

In February 2012, Lianyungang runcaichuang invested 3 million yuan in shares, and the registered capital of the company increased to 38 million yuan.

In December 2014, after Jiangsu Aoshen Group acquired Nanjing FENTE and China fiber Chuang investment, it held shares in SHENTE company with Shanghai Weibei and Lianyungang Runcai venture capital

In March 2015, Jiangsu Aoshen group was incorporated into the newly established Lianyungang Industrial Investment Group. In December of the same year, the shareholder of Jiangsu Aoshen group was changed to Lianyungang Industrial Investment Group, with industrial investment group accounting for 82.9%.

In 2016, the company built phase II "650 ton / year UHMWPE (bulletproof) fiber project". In October of the same year, Lianyungang Industrial investment group increased its capital by 40 million yuan, the registered capital of the company was adjusted to 78 million yuan, and the industrial investment group accounted for 94.3% of the shares.

Lianyungang SHENTE New Material Co., Ltd., located in Dapu Industrial Zone, Lianyungang national economic and Technological Development Zone, is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the R & D, production and sales of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene fibers and composites. The company has more than 150 employees, including 1 researcher level senior engineer and 4 senior engineers. All kinds of technicians account for more than 40% of the total number of employees.

The company has an annual output of nearly 1000 tons of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene fiber, with complete product specifications. The company has successively established long-term industry university research cooperation with colleges and universities such as Jiangnan University and Donghua University, and now has 2 invention patents and 16 utility model patents.

The company's medium and long-term development plan is to develop differentiated products, build a R & D production line for post-processing products, and gradually move towards a good pattern of guiding the market, providing products and services, exporting brands and intellectual property rights, so as to make the company grow into an enterprise with core competitiveness, sense of social responsibility and providing more resources for the society.

The handevi TM series fibers are developed, including h76, H81 and h91. The product models are divided according to the physical indexes of the products, including h76 including 800D / 180f and 1600d / 360f, H81 including 600D / 180f, 1200D / 360f and h91 including 800D / 360f.

Product Application

SHENTE brand ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene fiber produced by our company has special properties such as high strength modulus, low density (0.97), good weather resistance and acid, alkali and salt resistance. It is widely used in marine, military, aerospace, safety protection, medical treatment, construction, communication and other fields, especially in bulletproof clothing, bulletproof helmet, stab and cut resistant gloves, vehicle armor plate and marine rope The application potential of aquaculture cage and submarine optical cable is huge. Adhering to high-quality development and taking the road of military civilian integration, the company was awarded "Jiangsu high strength and high modulus polyethylene material mobilization center". The rope and cable made of the company's high-performance fiber have passed the inspection of German and Korean authorities, and the bulletproof products have passed the inspection of ga141-2010 of the Ministry of public security and NIJ of the United States, which are highly praised by users.
